Monarch Legal is an independent legal practice supporting founders, startups and small-to-mid businesses across India. We work alongside our clients as their long-term legal partner — covering everything from entity structuring and fundraising to contracts, IP, employment, regulatory compliance and litigation.

Our work is anchored in Bengaluru and the Karnataka courts, with a network of counsel across major Indian jurisdictions for matters that require local presence.
