Is there an advocate–client relationship from this website?
No. Browsing this website or sending an enquiry does not by itself create an advocate–client relationship. Such a relationship arises only after a conflict check and the signing of a formal Engagement Letter.
What types of clients do you work with?
We work primarily with founders, startups and SMEs across India — from pre-incorporation through Series A and beyond. We also advise individuals on property due diligence and commercial disputes.
How is your fee structured?
Most engagements are scoped on a fixed-fee or monthly retainer basis after an initial discovery call. Litigation and complex transactions are quoted per matter after reviewing scope and documents.
Where are you based and which courts do you appear before?
We are based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We appear before the Karnataka High Court, City Civil Court, NCLT Bengaluru, consumer forums and arbitration tribunals, and coordinate counsel in other Indian jurisdictions on request.
Do you handle property due diligence?
Yes. We carry out title verification, encumbrance certificate review, RERA checks, khata and land conversion status, and full acquisition risk reports for residential and commercial property.
How do you protect the data I share through the enquiry form?

How quickly will I hear back after submitting the form?
We aim to respond within one working day. Urgent matters are prioritised — flag the urgency in the form and we will get back the same day where possible.
